• Our congress will be held between 20–22 June 2025.

• The congress languages are Turkish and English.

Exhibition and Booth Areas

• Exhibition and booth areas, featuring participation from the pharmaceutical industry and relevant device companies, will be open to participants from 08:00 to 19:00 between 20–22 June 2025.

Invitation Letter

• Participants who require permission from their affiliated institutions to attend the congress will be provided with an invitation letter upon request.

Name Badge

• All participants are required to wear their name badges, which will be provided during registration, to access the congress venue, exhibition areas, and social activities.

Certificate of Attendance

• Certificates of attendance will be available to all registered participants starting 22 June 2025, from the registration desk.
