VAT will be added to the registration fees.
The Masterclass Video Session on 20 June 2025 , requires separate registration.
Participants attending these courses must also register for the congress.
Dual registration includes both the masterclass and the congress.
Registration is mandatory for all participants and company representatives.
The registration fees include participation in scientific sessions, a congress bag, abstract books, access to the exhibition area, and social activities.
Registration will be finalized upon payment.
Proof of payment must be sent to the congress secretariat via email to confirm registration.

The organization exchange rate will be based on the effective selling rate of the Central Bank of Turkey on the day of hotel check-in.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All refunds will only be valid if notified in writing to Opteamist Tourism.

✓ 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded if notified by 2024 January 2025.

✓ No refunds will be made for cancellations notified after 24 January 2025.

✓ No refunds will be processed after the end of the congress.
